SUMMER SUNGLASSES

Sunglasses are one accessory that I simply could not live without, especially in the summertime. I divide my collection of sunglasses into two categories: basic classics and statement-making eyewear. I wear the classics on regular days and the statement ones mostly when I go for vacations on special occasions when I want to match my accessories with my outfit.

I'll always love the cat-eye frames from Saint Laurent and a couple are from Celine. I currently have three different cat-eyed-shaped sunglasses from Saint Laurent, Loewe, and Celine pairs. I know they are quite expensive but they are good investments that will not be out of fashion. The Oliver Peoples + Khaite collaboration sunglasses and my black Miu Miu sunglasses with prominent branding fall into the intermediate category.

Another sunglasses design I love are the large frame like what I am wearing here from Dior is also a favorite, especially on days I do not want to wear any makeup.

The Chrome Hearts Deep 1, the Miu Miu frameless sunglasses, which have a strong retro vibe, and the Gucci GG sunglasses are the three pairs that, in my opinion, can be the focal point of an ensemble.

I would start your collection with a pair of the classics before gradually expanding and beginning to include the "fashion piece" sunglasses.
