Even though we are progressively ending the heat wave as October approaches, I am always pleased about the change in temperature, but I still have a lot of summer fashion trends I was unable to cover because of my hectic schedule. However, I am confident that these items will be useful for next summer and I look forward to sharing more with you then. While this is happening, closets and wardrobes are being organized and modified to meet the next fall and winter seasons. Since we have been staying indoors due to COVID for more than two years, there are a lot of trends in style right now, just like we did this summer.

"Unsure about the full-leather appearance? In case you're unsure, think about investing in leather accessories that you can wear all year round. A multipurpose leather shoulder bag in the '90s design that is hot pink, the season's hottest color, would be my current option. Black leather is not required!

Choosing a leather shirt to slip into leather pants or a pencil skirt can give you a sleek all-leather appearance when you want to try the whole leather look at home. Add a trench coat or your best leather jacket in the same skin as the clothing when the weather cools for a striking appearance.

Another method is to belt large cardigans and jumpers to highlight your waist.

Fashion is a game of extremes - while heightened hemlines strode down the runway, at the other end of the style spectrum there were also plenty of designers who chose to go to extreme lengths with maxi dresses and skirts. Floor sweeping styles were seen on the runways at the likes of Balenciaga, Acne, Burberry, Chanel, and Saint Laurent.

Farrah-May provides this advice: "Trends come and go, but a statement coat will always prevail. It can be difficult to determine which of the finest coat trends 2022 would work for you because they are considered investment pieces with a higher price tag. Bring on the bright hues, plush faux furs, and eye-catching designs; adding flashy outerwear will instantly transform an otherwise plain ensemble with no effort!

9. FLAMBOYANT COLORS AND SEQUINS

For Fall 2022, the dopamine-inspired fashion trend that dominated the spring/summer catwalks is back. Bottega Veneta, Altuzarra, and Carolina Herrara all presented high-shine outfits with head-to-toe sequins for the Fall and Winter 2022 runway trends. This isn't a trend for shrinking violets—from the huge mermaid-like scales at Altuzarra to the metallic brights—more is definitely more!

Look for shell jackets, joggers, sporty singlet vests, and bowling bag-shaped top handle leather bags as part of the handbag trends 2022 as we move into the fall/winter season. Sports Luxe is also making a comeback as one of the key Fall 2022 fashion trends, as seen on the runways of American clothing brand Tory Burch and Italian clothing brand Prada. The long-awaited Gucci and Adidas collaboration, which included vintage designs with a modern spin on the sportswear company's signature triple stripe motif, was eventually unveiled, and it was a highlight of the February shows.
