I had a long weekend off from work from Friday to the US Independence Day holiday on July 4th. The weekend before the day was jam-packed with events. From kayaking to upscale meals. We accepted the invitations to two different parties on Monday and had a great time. I'll show you a handful of the ensembles I put together for the holidays in this blog.

I wore this outfit on July 4th morning to the first celebration, which was so much fun. We participated in salsa dancing lessons as a group, played beach volleyball, and went boat sailing. We also had fantastic international cuisine that was absolutely amazing.

The subsequent party, which was also held outside and included a lot of dancing, fireworks, and a bonfire near the lake, was spectacular. In order to avoid mosquitoes since we were outside, I changed from shorts to jean pants.

I also wore some lovely Zimmermann dresses during the weekend. I visited a Mediterranean Cruise café restaurant for the first time, and oh my gosh, their food was excellent. I had a terrific time watching belly dancers do their thing on stage while we ate.

One of the nights, we also went to a friend's house for dinner in a nearby town, and I wore another dress by Zimmermann, which I adored.
