APPLE, SPINACH, BANANA SMOOTHIE

MORNING SMOOTHIE


For a refreshing morning, this simple smoothie is what most of us drink before we start our day. If you are someone who does not eat breakfast like me, then you can take it at any time of the day.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of spinach

  • I green apple (cut into cubes)

  • 1 ripped banana

  • 3 dates

  • 1 teaspoon of chia seed

  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed

  • Squeezed lemon

  • Almond milk

  • Yougurt

  • Some ice

METHOD

Wash the apple and cut it into pieces and peel the banana and cut as well.

Add spinach, almond milk, and banana into the blender and blend until combined

Add cucumber (optional), apple, dates, flaxseed, chia seed, and lemon juice and blend for 3- minutes until completely smooth.

Add ice and blend for another 1 minute.

Pour into the glass and serve.
