EVER WONDERED IF BEET IS GOOD FOR YOU?

Have you wondered if beet is good for you? Well, I have personally experienced the health benefits of beets. Either you put it in your salads, add it to your hummus, make juice or smoothie out them, or even use them and eat them is beneficial whichever way.

Here are a few health benefits of juice and I will show you how I make my beet juice.

Beet lowers blood high blood pressure, improves stamina for exercise, slows down dementia, helps maintain a healthy weight, may prevent cancer, is a good source od minerals like potassium, zinc, magnesium, sodium, copper, etc., supports liver function, and many more. Below is how I make my beet juice.

Ingredients

2 oranges

2/3 smaller beets

4 carrots

Ginger

METHODS

1. Wash all ingredients

2. Cut them into pieces depending on how much your juicer can take.

3. Put everything in the juicer and extract the liquid.

4. Collect the liquid and save it in the fridge.

5. Collect the pulp and use it for smoothies or in baking.

7. Serve cold with any snack of your choice.

You can have about 5-6 servings depending on how frequent you drink them.
