PREPPY STYLE
Classic with a modern twist. The style is fairly laid back. and effortless. On several runways, including Miu Miu, preppy looks mixed with classics were prominent. Streetwear items such as column skirts, polo shirts, and striped button-down shirts will become popular. A preppy, refined, carefree aesthetic is essential to this movement.
WHITE NOISE
This look is elegant, simple, and tranquil. These trends revolve around various shades and kinds of white, representing refinement and purity. This year, white dresses are likely to be huge, so I'm glad I've accumulated a lot of them over the years. It allows for some fresh air and is wearable. This summer, white dresses will be extremely popular. materials such as cotton, linen, lace, mesh, airy, flowing, and a host of others. Fashion designers are making classical designs that are reinventing feminity. The statement is one of femininity, timelessness, elegance, simplicity, and lightness in this complex world. White gowns will be very fashionable although they are almost always functional every summer, but this time it’s going to go wild.
GIRL CORE
It's the season for rosette applique embroidery, raffles, and roses. Extreme femininity by accessorizing in a supercharged manner. Dreamy party gowns, delicate materials, and pink roses were featured in street styles and runway presentations. Every cloth fragment narrates a tale. Lots of flowers and three-dimensional appliqué. Girl core is a more refined version of femininity that celebrates being a girl. It's amazing because it takes the fundamentals and wears them with pride.

2024 will see a return to basic, classic, and minimalist fashion. This fashion is elevated and essential which is a highly useful trend. Basics are items with flair and versatility. Because of this, purchasing pieces that will stand the test of time is a necessity even after the trend since it forms your daily staples. Slip skirts with sheer materials are joining sheer slip dresses as the only items in the sheer trend. These will be seen on the streets, so give it a little edge by wearing them with bulky sweaters, long jackets, or boots. I know this trend isn't for me, but I can see how many fashion girls will go crazy for it.

Although it looks amazing on the runway, I'm not sure how practical it would be for everyday use. Unless, of course, you plan on wearing tights because the shorts will likely be shorter than anticipated. Willing enough to give it a shot? With this trend, any of the materials listed above might be applied. It is about being bold, having fun, and pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone.
CHIC TAILORING
Additionally, power dressing is back in style. It's all about the precise cutting. Blazers, dresses, and other designs that scream “You have everything in control”. There will be a lot of people walking the streets wearing high-waisted jeans with belts and corsets. Fashion houses that are embracing this style include YSL, LV, Alaia, and others. Sharp shoulders and pinstripes are likely to be huge. We are no longer working from home therefore we are going all out - boss up in power suit and step out. On the streets, pants with a variety of waistlines—from empire to drop to elongated—will be extremely popular. The goal of chic tailoring in 2024 is to rethink and slightly push the boundaries of tailoring.
90s REUX AND QUIET LUXURY/ ELEGANCE
Step into the 90s with a modern and minimalist twist. Pencil skirts, boyfriend-style jeans, and sleek sophistication will be seen on the streets. It features square necklines, modern edges, crisp lines, volumes and proportions, and updated suiting. Purchasing long-lasting items is also important. It's about living a certain way of life and assembling an interchangeable capsule wardrobe.

Metallics and sequins have been popular for more than two years, and this year is no exception. Shines in vivid hues, such as a red sequin dress, will be prominent, along with metallic gold or silver. If worn occasionally, it will be a showstopper. Elegant fashions such as peplums, caprices, kitten heels, and ballet flats are back. Add a touch of class without compromising on comfort when it comes to shoes. Peplum is being revived and this time you don’t have to wear a set, just pair it with any bottom that coordinates with your attire and you are ready to go. It's all about wearing what you feel comfortable and willing to wear this year.
ACCESSORY FOR THE YEAR
In 2024, extra-large bags will be returned. Big, roomy purses that can fit everything are back in style. It is time to part ways with those tiny, useless bags. Accept and enjoy the trends of this season.

Pastels are likely to be quite huge this spring/summer of 2024. The streets will have hues such as light green, lavender, and pink. In 2024, red is still very popular from burgundy to deep scorching red to tomato red. For everyone, that will be the palette.
